Kid's teaching idea

Hey, here is to share how i deliver a teaching to the kids from the age of 4-6 years old. The topic was "God made animals." First, i started the intro by asking them to take a ribbon from a bag which contains white, orange and silver ribbons. Then, i told the kids that it represents three kinds of animals which God has created.They are the animals that move on the ground, animals that swim in the sea and animals that fly in the sky. I picked three kids randomly who have the three different colour ribbons. And, i asked them to name me an animal that belong to the each kind of animals. Example is animal that move on the ground (lion).Then, i linked it to the bible.God made animals and there were many kinds of animals. I used powerpoint to flash the different animal pictures that belong to the three kinds.(land, sea and sky) The kids responded by shouting out the animal name. I explained God created animals and took care of them.He proveded them with food, drink and shelter. After that i carried on with an activity and asked for 6 volunteers. The instruction was to ask the volunteer to make an animal sound and the audience to guess the animal. Rewards was then given to the participant and those who answered correctly.Lastly, i asked the kids to name out the animals they learnt( not very successful) and who created them.They could answer that it was God.Yeah, animal stickers were given to the kids to help them rem. better "God made animals."
