today was my first post-night, had a nice KFC breakfast and then slept till 2plus.after lunch, had praise & worship in my room. It was such a wonderful moment to sing praises onto God. When i start to surrender all my troubles onto God, i can feel that my spirit is being lifted up. When Holy Spirit prompted me abt e bible verses to encourage me, i pray that i can claim those verses into my life. "In this world you will have troubles, but take heart, for I have overcome the world", "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
